January

Our love for parents is real. One of the first things we do on a year is revisit all parent feedback from the previous photo season...

“CO Kids, have photographed my daughter throughout her time at nursery and with each session the photos have just gotten better and better, my daughter has grown more confident in front the camera. That could only be achieved with great professionalism and a natural flare to working with kids but also displays the photographer’s true passion for photography and their talent!!! I am very excited for my last set of photos and the graduation pictures !!!”

February

Each nursery we worked with in the previous year received their commission payment – a mighty nice way for a nursery to start the year! The highest commission paid to one nursery in 2023? Over £700!

Close to100 nurseries contacted us through admin@cophotodesign.co.uk to book with us for their children’s photography shoots in 2024. 

March

Photographer briefings delivered.  No ordinary photographers at CO Kids – we provide input to ensure an outstanding ability to engage with children on top of being able to take a cracking photo.

April - July

We were busy! CO Kids Photographers were active in 20 counties and photographed thousands of children. Every child we meet deserves an awesome photography collection of their early years, be assured we put our absolute heart and soul into delivering for them and their families.

In 2024, As well as a comprehensive review of the flow of data in our business, we now have in place updated Data Management and Data Security Policies and the most colourful and user friendly Privacy Notice you’ll ever see!  We show it off here.

We became Cyber Security Certifiable!!

In 2024 we announced our partnership with Uptech, a leading cybersecurity provider, demonstrating our commitment to data security and protecting our customers' information. With their expertise and support, we are confident in our ability to maintain a secure and reliable environment for our operations. Whoop.

Special Needs Schools

We loved returning to some absolutely incredible Special Schools that we have visited many times before, and also welcoming some really really wonderful new Special Schools this year. We engage with every child at a Special School, and as Photographers we can’t help but leave on a day with a very warm heart and in awe of the extraordinary children and staff that make up such a special school community.

September

Much excitement as all the CO Kids Photographers got together again at the Pre Season Briefing ahead of the Winter Season! Here we all are Carrie (left), Carly, Lesley, Sam, Katie, Kelly, Jade, Lauren, Gemma, Anna (right).

October & November

A busy Winter Photo Season starts - with double the number of children photographed from last years’ Winter Photo Season! The festive styled set is all about providing an alternative photography style to parents who may have had photography earlier in the year, it involves inviting children to come and play with the festive bits n pieces. Rather than a child sitting in one place… we roll baubles and sing songs, and let the children clamber around meaning the smiles come naturally.

November

Our Winter photo season comes to a close as we get busy processing all images and prints in time for Christmas! We fill our social media channels @co_kids_ with all the love for the incredible Nursery Practitioners we work with on photo day…..if you don’t follow us already – connect with us – we’d love to hear from you or a thumbs up!

“Photographer was very polite, professional, and friendly. We felt like the day went well and efficiently and the photographer met our needs as a nursery very well. Photographer communicated well with us on the day and was very understanding when we had to make some adjustments to our plans on the day. The photographer was incredibly supportive and understanding with children that were a little apprehensive on having their photo taken. The prop and resources used for the photoshoot were beautiful and very well presented.We have had many parents comment and express how happy and impressed they are with their child’s photographs. “

Gemma was extremely friendly and put a smile on the children’s faces! Gemma was very professional throughout the photography session. The day ran very smoothly. Gemma was very friendly and patient with the children and was understanding of those who were anxious when having their photos taken. The set up was lovely and the children really liked the props. The photography session was great and I’m sure parents will be extremely happy with the photos taken. “

Kelly let the children play with the props and gave them time to become familiar with the surroundings before she started taking pictures.
